Jess & Joel’s wedding day was super wonderful. The girls started off getting ready at St. Mary’s in Massillon. The little flower girl, Clara kept everyone laughing and relaxed before the ceremony. St. Mary’s was a beautiful church for Jess & Joel to get married in. I loved getting to watch the soon-to-be newlyweds exchange looks and talk during the ceremony. Those little moments are always my favorite on a wedding day. We headed to Reservoir Park for the portraits. Since I wasn’t able to photograph Jess & Joel’s engagement session I wasn’t sure what to expect during their portraits, but they totally killed it. They made my job so easy and I was so inspired by their love. After portraits we headed to St. George’s Cultural Center for the reception. Jess & Joel worked super hard to add a 1940s flare to the venue. They decorated with old movie posters, antique coke bottles, and fun facts about the ’40s. Once the guests left and the sparklers faded out, Jess & Joel, and I headed to Sippo Lake for some sunset portraits. This place was gorgeous! We ended the perfect day when the sun was completely set.
It was such an honor to document your big day, thanks for sharing your life with me!
