This wedding was one for the books. Gorgeous Hocking Hills in the fall, an awesome couple, and an intimate wedding. I only spent a few hours with Taylor & Steven but in that time I learned how wonderful they are together. Taylor & Steven envisioned a small wedding with their immediate family in the woods, and that’s exactly what they did. The ceremony was held near a beautiful archway covered in greenery and their families sat on the porch across from it. I loved the idea of everyone being on the porch, it’s so unique and really special. After the ceremony I had a whole hour with the Bride & Groom for portraits. We explored the beautiful grounds of the Lodge at Laurel Run. Afterwards we came inside the lodge for the end of cocktail hour and some touching toasts. All of the guests were staying at the lodge as well so this crew had the whole place to themselves! It was an honor to be a part of such an intimate affair. Both of their families were extremely warm and treated me like one of their own.
Thank you for sharing this special day in your lives with me!
Taylor’s mom read some movies quotes during the ceremony and I was so tickled! For those of you who don’t know, I’m obsessed with movies and it’s heavily involved in my branding. So when she read my favorite movie quote ever (When Harry Met Sally) that I use in the information packet, I squealed a little bit internally. 🙂
