If you follow me on instagram you’ve seen me say that my couples are the best – and I truly, truly mean it. Liz & Greg are 100% no exception. It’s hard for me to believe that I only started working with them less than six months ago. We became fast friends, I mean I caught myself crying during their ceremony several times. The reason we connected so well was because Liz & Greg are not afraid to be themselves – in fact, they thrive on goofiness. But do not mistake their goofiness for lack of intention and love. They will go from cracking up about an inside joke to cuddling up and admiring each other in about two seconds.
After my coverage time was up I was hoping they would ask me to stay later, just so I could hang out with them some more. They did just that. They didn’t want me to feel obligated but I was so happy to! Liz even hung out with me on the dance floor for a little bit. She invited a room full of people who’ve known her longer than six months, yet, she wanted to see how I was doing. I am not surprised Greg fell for her on the first date. Her kind demeanor mixed with Greg’s sense of adventure makes for the perfect pair. The reason I teared up during the ceremony was because it was so obvious that these two are made for each other and it was incredible to witness. I left the wedding with a reinstated feeling of why I love my job so much, it’s the people, the couples, that I love working with so much. Making friends at the end of this is a huge bonus and I’m so lucky for the couples that have turned into my friends.
Liz & Greg’s wedding was downright stunning, sorry to bury the lead a little bit, but go check it out!
